• Election of chair and vice chair.
• Site plan and architectural review for construction of a new, 8,514-square-foot, two-story home at 133 Sugarloaf Drive with a variance for excess lot coverage and a floor-area exception. Owners: Tibidabo LLC/Sonnet and Ian McKinnon.
• Site plan and architecture review for construction of 2,394 square feet of additions to an existing home at 5 Rolling Hills Road, with a floor-area exception and variances for reduced front setback and excess lot coverage and a floor area exception. The additions would include a new second story and a pool, hot tub, deck and terrace areas. Owner: Allan Rappaport.
• Site plan and architecture review for construction of 1,209 square feet of additions to the existing house at 207 Taylor Road, resulting in a total floor area of 5,822 square feet, along with 506 square feet of garage space and 636 square feet of carport space. Owner: Long Su Wang.
• Adoption of formal resolution denying appeal of staff-level site plan and architecture review for conditional approval for construction of walls, fencing, driveway and landscaping improvements for an existing single-family dwelling at 13 Juno Road. Tiburon Heritage and Arts Commission tentative agenda


The Tiburon Heritage and Arts Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. July 25 in council chambers at Tiburon Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Blvd. The following items are on the tentative agenda:
• Adoption of minutes of June 25 meeting.
• Treasurer's report.
• Update on efforts to recruit artists for exhibits at Tiburon Town Hall.
• Election of new chair.
• Review timeline and other paperwork for selection of the recipient of 2017 Heritage Preservation Award.
• Review timeline and other paperwork for the selection of an artist laureate.
• Establishment of a subcommittee for selecting artist laureate, which will include two commissioners, the mayor, an outside art expert and the former laureate.
• Discussion of how to move subcommittee work along in a timely manner.
• Update on walking guide and brochure printing timeline and option to print copies of the existing brochure until the new walking guide is completed.
• Update on planning of the Artwalk event.
