The Tiburon Town Council meets at 7:30 tonight, June 21, in council chambers at Tiburon Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Blvd. The following items are on the agenda:

• Adoption of minutes of June 6 and June 13 special meetings.
• Adoption of ordinance modifying residency requirements for the Design Review Board.
• Adoption of ordinance establishing streamlined review procedures for approval of electric-vehicle charging stations.
• Adoption of appropriations limit for fiscal year 2017-2018.
• Adoption of resolutions calling for an election on Nov. 7, requesting consolidation of election services with the county of Marin and providing that the cost of printing the candidate statements be borne by candidates.
• Reappointment of Sue Kwentus to a full term on the Marin Commission on Aging.
• Approval of town response to Marin County civil grand jury report, "Overcoming Barriers to Housing Affordability."
• Adoption of resolutions amending the town's management and unrepresented-employee recognition and incentive compensation programs for fiscal year 2017-2018.
• Authorization for replacement of the town's license-plate-reader system, which was damaged.
• Staff report on open-space-management funding and desired level of funding for fiscal year 2017-2018.
• Adoption of resolution approving municipal budget for fiscal year 2017-2018.
• Interim appointments to fill two vacancies on the Town Council.
• Annual protest hearing and adoption of resolution to continue the Cypress Hollow Landscape and Lighting District assessment through fiscal year 2017-2018.

• Revision to bylaws to formally reflect meeting time of 6:30 p.m.
• Treasurer's report and discussion of $2,500 earmarked for brochure/walking guide.
• Artist recruitment for individual exhibits.
• Discussion of group exhibits for fiscal year 2017-2018.
• Discussion of the idea of providing monetary support of artists or artist groups that show at the town exhibit spaces.
• Artist recruitment for group exhibits.
• Review procedure for the election of new chairperson at the July meeting.
• Discussion of ways of moving subcommittee work along in a timely manner.
• Consideration of amendment to the existing artist-laureate agreement defining the number of special projects allowed with the laureate's tenure and a cap on spending.
• Final review of the nomination process and timeline for selection of an artist laureate.
• Development of an annual budget and review of the spreadsheet.
• Status report on Artwalk event.
• Review of planned report to the Town Council on 2017 objectives.
