• Adoption of minutes of July 19 meeting.
• Award of contract for design of road paving project to be carried out next spring to Coastland Engineering.
• Adoption of investment report for June.
• Authorization to award contract for Sugarloaf Drive slide repair project.
• Annual report on traffic mitigation fees and approval of an increase in traffic mitigation fees.
• Consideration of a proposal by Richardson Bay Audubon Center and Sanctuary to place interpretative signage along Old Rail Trail.
• Establishment of standards for restoring roadbed and surface after utility trenching projects.
• Consideration of retention policies for electronic correspondence and records, including social-media policy, records retention policy and policy for use of personal accounts and electronic accounts for town business.

Tiburon Design Review Board agenda


The Tiburon Design Review Board meets at 7 p.m. Aug. 17 in council chambers at Tiburon Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Blvd. The following items are on the agenda:
• Site plan and architectural review for construction of a 10-foot, 4-inch retaining wall to support a driveway at 88 Rolling Hills Road, with a variance for excess wall height. Owner: The Marin Trust/James To.
• Site plan and architectural review for construction of a fence and walls near the southern property line at 266 Karen Way, with a variance for a fence that is 8 feet tall instead of the 6-foot-tall maximum for fences within required setbacks. Owners: Robert and Naomi Leonard.
• Sign permit for new multisign program for the Maritime Center, a three-building commercial complex at 1620, 1640 and 1650 Tiburon Blvd. Owner: ACV Argo Tiburon LP.
• Site plan and architectural review for construction of additions to 207 Taylor Road, with a floor-area exception. The project would add 1,209 square feet to the existing house, resulting in a total floor area of 5,822 square feet, along with 698 square feet of garage space, which is greater than the 600 square feet of garage space allowed for this lot. • Adoption of minutes of July 20 meeting.
