Marin County walks back its proposed changes to Strawberry, other design review boards

The county has abandoned a proposal that appeared to limit the duties of local design review boards after it received pushback on the changes — a win for the Strawberry Design Review Board and many residents who argued the proposal would all but eliminate the community’s ability to weigh in on land-use issues such as the ongoing development of the former seminary site.
