Tiburon resident Jenna Young is selling her custom-made wrap skirts online. The lined skirts are named the California Wrap, Snap & Go, and, as the name suggests, they wrap around with 10-12 inches of overlapping fabric and have snaps through the inside and outside of the fabric.
