City manager gets 6.1% raise; second increase on tap for next year

Belvedere City Manager Robert Zadnik has been given a 6.1% raise that boosts his annual salary to $225,000, with another increase to follow in a year.

 

The $13,000 bump took effect June 17, increasing Zadnik’s annual pay from $212,000. He’s set to receive an additional 5.9% raise on June 17, 2025, that will increase his salary another $13,500, to $238,500.



Both increases are part of Zadnik’s first new contract since he was promoted from public works director in 2022. It was unanimously approved by the Belvedere City Council on June 10 following a May performance evaluation.
