A rare waterfront lot on Paradise Drive with beach access and approved plans for a 6,500-square-foot home is on the market once again with an asking price of $3.995 million.

The 7.42-acre property at 3800 Paradise Drive in unincorporated Tiburon, owned by San Diego-based PV Tiburon LLC, has been on and off the market for some time, said listing representative Lydia Sarkissian of the Strawberry-based Sarkissian Bullock Team, which is part of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. The lot’s current price tag is about a million less than the $4.85-million asking price in February 2024 and the lot’s assessed value of $4.8 million, according to the Marin Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk’s office.

“This is one of the last remaining sandy beach lots on the market where you can literally walk out the door and go to the beach,” Sarkissian said.
