Residents, officials say draft EIR for Strawberry seminary site is riddled with problems

Strawberry residents and Marin planning commissioners last week blasted a draft environmental report for plans to redevelop the former seminary site, prompting county officials to consider ordering additional study and another round of public review.

Some concerns were familiar, focusing on the number of students at the proposed commuter school and the impact on traffic and housing.
