Tiburon Peninsula artists to show at ICB open studios in Sausalito

‘Conversation With Shapes’ by Anki Gelb.

A dozen Tiburon Peninsula residents will be among the artists opening their doors at the annual Winter Open Studios at the Industrial Center Building in Sausalito.

The 55th open studios event runs 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Dec. 7-8; admission is free. More than 75 artists, ranging from sculptors, abstract and figurative painters and photographers to fiber artists and jewelers, will be on hand to give demonstrations, talk about their craft and sell their work.

“This isn’t just an event where you can view art,” says Tiburon’s Anki Gelb, one of the participating artists. “It’s where you can chat with artists about their process, discover exceptional art, connect and get inspired.”
